• Attempt to contact creators outside the agreed process or bypass FancyModels to avoid agency fees.
• Misrepresent your identity, agency, or intentions on the platform.
• Share platform access, screenshots, or internal information with unauthorized third parties.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Harass, threaten, or exploit any creator or user on the platform.

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Creator contracts listed on FancyModels represent creators who have voluntarily agreed to be listed and are actively seeking agency management.

• The agency fee is a one-time fee that covers acquisition access to the creator contract. It does not represent payment for a person.
• Agency fees are displayed in USD. All fees are final once an agreement is made, subject to our money-back guarantee terms.
• Discounted fees may be offered at our discretion. Original and discounted fees will be clearly displayed.
• After the agreement is signed and the agency fee is processed, no additional fees apply. Full creator contact details are provided at that point.

FancyModels offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on creator contracts under the following conditions:

• For OnlyFans and Fansly contracts, a referred account is required to activate the guarantee.
• For other platforms, no referral link is required.
• The guarantee covers situations where the creator does not deliver as described in the contract listing.
• If a refund is not applicable, a replacement creator may be offered instead.

• Creator data is only visible to individually vetted agencies, never to the public or unverified users.
• Creators may request removal of their listing at any time by submitting a DMCA takedown request through the form available on our platform.
• We respond to all removal requests within 48 hours.

FancyModels offers a referral program for agencies. By participating, you agree to:

• Only refer genuine agencies who may benefit from the platform.
• Not use deceptive, spammy, or misleading methods to generate referrals.
• Not create fake accounts to generate referral commissions.

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, revoke referral privileges, or withhold payouts if we detect abuse or manipulation of the referral system.

All content on FancyModels, including but not limited to the platform design, code, logos, text, graphics, and creator listing data, is the property of FancyModels or its licensors.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our written consent.
• Creator photos displayed on the platform are watermarked and may not be downloaded, screenshotted for redistribution, or used outside the platform.

FancyModels maintains a community-driven database of flagged creators and agencies for the protection of both sides. Entries are factual and submitted by verified platform members. FancyModels does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party submissions and is not liable for decisions made based on redflag data. If you believe a redflag entry is inaccurate, contact our team for review.

FancyModels facilitates connections between creators and agencies. We are not a party to any management agreement between a creator and an agency.

• We do not guarantee the performance, reliability, or behavior of any creator after onboarding.
• We are not responsible for disputes between agencies and creators outside the scope of our money-back guarantee.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of agency fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Creator contract information is provided based on data submitted by creators or their representatives. We verify where possible but do not guarantee absolute accuracy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to FancyModels at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination include (but are not limited to) violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or any action that harms the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FancyModels operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify active users through the platform. Continued use of FancyModels after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
